Mr. Puritz has been practicing law in Northern California since 1978.
Prior to entering law school, he graduated from California State University, Chico, in 1973.
He graduated from Western State University School of Law in 1978, and joined a law firm in Chico and became a partner. During his 20 year tenure with Matthews, Fuqua and Puritz, he practiced personal injury law, both as an insurance defense attorney and representing injured parties, family law, business law, and estate planning.
His combination of representing insurance companies and their insureds, as well as injured parties for over 25 years has provided him insight into the inner workings of insurance companies, as well as the needs and concerns of injured parties.
Mr. Puritz left his prior firm in 1998 in order to focus his practice exclusively on representing the injured and making sure that they are provided with the absolute best representation in their battle with the people that injured them and the insurance companies.

Attorney Daniel H. Alexander graduated with a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Sacramento and received his Doctorate (Juris Doctorate) degree from Cal Northern School of Law. Mr. Alexander is also a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law's Stratus Institute for Dispute Resolution program, Mediating the Litigated Case.
