Lawyer Lawrence A. Puritz

Born March 6, 1950; admitted to the California State Bar in 1978. Mr. Puritz received his B.A. degree from California State University at Chico, in 1973. He attended Western State University School of Law where he received his J.D. degree in 1978.

Following his admission to the bar, Mr. Puritz joined a Law firm in Chico and became a partner. During his 20 year tenure with Matthews, Fuqua, and Puritz, he practiced personal injury law, both as an insurance defense attorney and representing injured parties. Mr. Puritz left Matthews, Fuqua, and Puritz in 1998 in order to focus his practice exclusively on representing the injured, and ensuring that they receive the best representation available. His combination of representing insurance companies and their insured's, as well as injured parties for over 25 years has provided him insight into the inner workings of insurance companies, making him uniquely qualified to protect injured parties rights.

Mr. Puritz has been practicing law in Northern California since 1978. During this time he has helped thousands of people protect their legal rights, and receive fair compensation when they have been injured by negligent parties.
